Start here. Our 90-min consultation session provides a comprehensive evaluation of your existing physical structure and movement patterns.
One - on - ONE Sessions
1 hour, 1-on-1 sessions with your certified FP practitioner. This session addresses your physical dysfunctions with the goal of eliinating pain and improving overall wellbeing.
GROUP MOVEMENT CLASSES
Recommended only for our 1-on-1 clients. Our group classes take you 60 minutes of integrating principals of posture and dynamic movement.
