Our initial, mandatory 90 minute assessment is a detailed evaluation of your current physical well-being.

Our comprehensive initial consult involves a gait, activity and posture assessment. This is crucial as it enables us to tailor a program that suits your body. We then take you through myofascial release techniques that may help you get on top of your dysfunctions.

Specific posture correctives, chambers, and dynamic exercises may follow depending on how your body handles each level of exercise and your level of fitness.

Following your initial consultation, we continue to build on the techniques you learned through the corrective and dynamic exercises. These sessions go for 1 hour.

Gait cycle and movement results are our number one metric to objectively judge your progress, so we may take videos of your activity during these sessions.

Partner training is by inquiry only. This service is only accepted if both clients are at a similar level with no extreme dysfunctions.

A certified Functional Patterns practitioner will guide you through a 45 minute class that integrates the foundational principles of posture and dynamic movement.

A variety of classes are run, including foundational movement classes that dial in the basics, performance classes that assume you know the basics, and dynamic classes that get your heart rate up.

To get the most value out of the classes, it is highly recommended that group class training is accompanied by 1 on 1 training.
